Hi There,
Normally in my webshop, you can buy a ticket from the shop (https://depotterij.nl/reserveren-2/) and checkout. After checkout you will be redirected to a woocommerce checkout page. This works fine.
However, when I use a coupon of 100% discount to checkout, the shop will redirect me to this url:
https://depotterij.nl/ticket-details?order_id=4529
This url is a ‘page not found’ or 404.
Is there something i’m missing?
Kind regards,
Frank Hazeborg
Jun 4,2025 AT 12:44AM - 9 hours ago -Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
we need to see how you have set it up in the backend. its not normal behavior- are you using any 3rd party woocomerce extensions/plugins?
Hi Support,
I’ve allready shared a temporaly login link. But please use the new access info i’ve just send you to the staging website. Feel free to make changes to it.
What I’ve allready tried:
– I’ve ruled out any plugin conflicts by deactivating all other plugins expect woocommerce and WP Staging
– I’ve tried changing to a standard wordpress theme, also didn’t work.
Thanks for taking a look.
It’s me again.
I just figured out that testing on the staging website also affects the live website. When I book a ticket on the staging website, the availability on the live site is affected as well. Is this normal behaviour? Can you make sure, when you test an event, that the number of available tickets will be the same afterwards?
Kind regards,
Frank
