No response or fix provided for paid submissions credit issue (ActionUser Plus + WooCommerce integration)

Hi,

I’m opening a new ticket since the previous one (#399234 / #399235) was closed without any resolution or update.

The issue with EventON ActionUser Plus and WooCommerce paid submissions remains completely unresolved — the available credit is still not reflected after a successful order, even when the status is manually changed to Processing or Completed.

I’ve already provided detailed reproduction steps, logs, and confirmed that the issue persists even with the Flatsome theme deactivated and in a clean test environment. Despite that, there has been no fix or follow-up from your team for several days.

This delay is impacting production (Onevent.ro is a live event platform), and I would expect at least an acknowledgment or ETA for a fix.

Please escalate this ticket to a senior developer or provide a patch/workaround to restore the ActionUser credit synchronization after WooCommerce payment completion.

Thank you,
Daniel – Onevent.ro

      Hello,

The previous ticket is still live and wasn’t closed. I am just not sure how can I test this. I tried switching the theme, but your built-in cache doesn’t take my changes into account.

I also did tests on our test site and no issues have appeared.

Unfortunately, at this stage I cannot escalate the issue to the developer as I need to re-create the issue on your website without the theme and only EventON + add-ons are enabled.

Could you let us know, how can we see Twenty Twenty Five theme enabled on your website?

      Hi Artem,

I’m unable to run this kind of test on the live environment, since it’s behind CloudFront caching and uses the main Flatsome theme — deactivating it would impact production.

However, I’ve replicated the exact same scenario in my local Docker Desktop test environment, and the result is identical.

I’ve attached screenshots so you can see the behavior on my side.

Could you please share screenshots from your own test setup (using the same versions)?

      • WordPress: latest

      • WooCommerce: 10.3.4

      • EventON – Action User Plus: 1.3

Also, could you please confirm with the developer whether Action User Plus v1.3 is fully compatible with WooCommerce 10.3.4?

      Thank you,

      Daniel – Onevent.ro

      Hi Artem,

I’m very disappointed with the responses I’ve received so far. It’s simply not acceptable to purchase a paid addon and not be able to benefit from it.

I’ve completely retested the issue on a brand-new WordPress installation — a clean environment with:

      • WordPress: latest version

      • WooCommerce: 10.3.4

      • EventON – Action User: latest

      • EventON – Action User Plus: 1.3

      • No other plugins or themes active (default Twenty Twenty-Five)

Unfortunately, the same issue persists — credits are not granted after completing a test payment.

      Reproduction steps

      1. Install WooCommerce, EventON, and Action User Plus.

      2. Create simple virtual products to use as event-submission credits (1 credit, 3 credits, etc.).

      3. Map these products in EventON → Action User Plus.

      4. Place a test order using the WooCommerce test gateway.

      5. The order moves to Processing, and even after setting it manually to Completed, no credits are added to the user account.

Credits should be granted immediately after the order status becomes Completed, whether this happens manually or automatically via a payment gateway.

Ensures credits are reliably granted on order status = Completed (manual or via gateway), regardless of the initial “Processing” status.

If credits rely on Action Scheduler, please confirm:

      • which hooks are responsible for running the credit-assignment action, and

      • how to force-process pending tasks on a clean install where no scheduled jobs are automatically triggered.

Please escalate this to the developer and provide a fix or an updated version that ensures the credit system works as expected.

      Thank you,

      Daniel – Onevent.ro

Please refer to the other ticket. I’ve replied there.

I’ve checked the other ticket you mentioned (“Paid submissions not reflected after completed WooCommerce order (ActionUser Plus v1.3)”), but there’s no reply from your side — the last message there was written by me.

Please review that ticket again and provide an actual update or developer feedback.

At this stage, the issue is still unresolved, and I haven’t received any confirmation or next steps.

      Thank you,

You don’t see this reply from me?

Could you check and let me know?

Ok Patulea I was able to replicate the same issue on our and and get it resolved. Please update actionUser Plus to the latest version 1.3.1 — this should resolve the issue of processing orders not addin submissions.
