There is no automatic way for this at the moment.
But I think it is useful function so I will make your ticket a feature-request. The function will be added in future update.
Yes. Also with a possible to configure the email message to explain why event has been declined.
What to do with tickets if they are sold?
if the event is 3-rd party organiser, we need to start chain
– inform customers who have purchased ticket by e-mail
– inform on site, rules of the refund
– get some penalties from event organiser (because you have loses on refunded card transactions)
