Ticket #365541 Public

On several of my Wordpress sites the plugin has failed to update.

On several of my WordPress sites the plugin has failed to update. Why is that? I don’t want to use FTP when all other plugins (even yours until recently) update just fine within the WordPress dashboard. Really love your plugin but don’t have the time to update it on several sites unless this is solved.

eventon core is stored on codecanyon- they have the update and codecanyon has changed owners- there is an issue with communication with them but we are trying to find a solution

To add to this, the core update can be uploaded manually from Codecanyon but the add-ons are not updating either.

Have to upload them manually from your site.

      Hello,

Autoupdate isn’t available at the moment. We are working on fixing it and the update will be available shortly.

      Please follow:

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
