The page was set-up perfectly and running just fine. Recently, I noticed the structure and formatting of the page is way off (size of images, text for Eventon cuts off the page, etc) and I’m not sure why that is.
When I’m logged in, I can usually click “Edit Page” on the top toolbar. Well now that’s gone and it’s not going by Yoast titles I had set-up and it’s saying the title is “Events Archive”. What happened and how can I get a regular page with my Eventon info back?

I am getting a warning visiting your page
Sorry about that. You’re the second person outside of my company to show me that’s happening… I’ve contacted McAfee about it because there’s clearly nothing “risky” about the site.
Anyway, here’s a screenshot of what’s happening on my page. Do you know what could be causing it to act like this?
It’s weird because it was displaying perfectly fine when I initially launched the page. But now it doesn’t conform to the pages’ styles and formatting. Do I need to recreate the page?
Here is a screenshot of my settings…
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patient and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Try this
.ajde_evcal_calendar{padding:0 50px} add this to eventon > styles settings. That should add enough padding on both sides of the calendar to show it without cutting off.
And I am guessing this probably happened because of a theme update which caused the styles to update as well and change things.
Hi Ashan,
I added that to the Styles tab and nothing changed on the front end. What do you suggest we do?
Also – it seems like it’s the page itself that’s being thrown off, not just the event part. The images shown above are running close to the edge and weren’t like that before… The title of the page input through Yoast SEO is “Dental Events & Trade Shows” but on the front end it says “Event Archives”.
You can try this to customize the events archive page template http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/how-to-customize-events-archive-page/
that is whats causing the page issue because it doesnt have the necessary HTML for the page body that is required for your theme to show the page correct.
Also clear cache for styles
Gotcha – now I went in to that setting and somehow the page template was the eventon one – that’s why it was out of wack. changed it back to my page default and it’s all good.
thanks for your help!
