PDF not attached

Hi I just bought the PDF plugin, but i can’t get it to attach the pdf within woocommerce?
I have compleated the orders, so that is not the issue. Is it not possible to send the PDFs along with the ticket-mail?
I am able to download the pdf within the eventon plugin

  I have now activated them both in RSVP and tickets
  
  Myeventon>>>>>tickets/rsvp >>>>pdfer settings
  
  so they should now be sent with the order?rsvp confirmation email
