When publishing a new event, I’m getting a bunch of errors. When clicking ‘back’, the event has published but does not accept the start time. Instead, it displays the current date and time.Mar 6,2017 AT 1:01PM - 3 years ago -

Guys, I am being patient but this ticket is now 8 days old. I’d greatly appreciate some urgency in finding a solution.
Sorry about this.
Instead of assigning the ticket to Ashan, it looks like I tagged it to my own name.
Please allow some time for Ashan to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
This ticket is now 2 weeks old. What’s happening?
Guys, this is becoming a joke. You have not resolved the problem, nor even communicated with me. Please advise as a matter of urgency.
I’m sorry this ticket was not assigned to me. Go to the main help desk page there is a patch fix for this please apply that.
It is a conflict with php 7.1 that will be addressed in the next version update. We are really hoping to get the update out this week. Or you can send us your ftp info and we can update the latest eventon for your site
Sorry about that, Ashan.
Yes, let us know if you want us to apply the patch for you.
