Price variations are not working
Hey Jay,
We want to sell different price variations for one event. We know there is an add on, but we are not using that now. So we followed the instructions to add variations manually.
The event shows the variations, proces, clients can choose… but after clicking “add to cart” ,the waiting sign starts to move and does not stop. So the products are not added to the card and the order stops.

There is some kind of incompatibility with Tutor plugin, it seems like:
Could you try disabling it?

Hi,
Yes, I disabled it and that makes the variations work… And we sort of need Tutor LMS. So the problem is clear, just not a solution that works for us now.

Unfortunately, the way you are trying to use variable prices isn’t compatible with Tutor.

Do I read it correct that when it does not work because of interference with another plugin, there is no refund? That could be an expensive experiment… I do I misunderstand? English is not my first language..
