Hi Guys,
We are based in California and cater to California residents. We need to list EventON in our privacy policy under database handling. This is because of the module called All Events Tickets which holds customer information. We need to know from you if there is any way to to protect this area and if any information including statistics is transmitted to third party. We also need to know how to safely erase the information if a customer requests this and how the erasure is verified to the customer.
Also, is EventON GDPR compliant?
Many thanks!

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
Hello there mel,
So all event tickets are custom post types residing in wp_posts table. None of this information is shared to anyone. All that information is saved in your database and you own it 100%. The event ticket informations are generated as associated post for the woocommerce ticket order. If you are deleting the database post be sure to also delete post meta values for that post ID – that is the way to erase the data saved for event tickets.
All the eventON data and data generated from operations for its customers are stored in your database none of it send to 3rd parties. EventON itself is not responsible for data breaches in your systems that compromise customer data. EventON does not save any customer data in cookies or IP addresses.
If you have more questions, kindly send us a new ticket and we would be more than happy to help you resolve your issues!
