Problems with QR Code

Good morning,

Since more than one month I have Ticket #101400 opened without any feedback.
What is the reason for that?
I am heavily using X Eventon Addons but want to have it working correctly.

  I see that you opened #101400 ticket as feature request ticket.
  
  As these tickets are requests for feature that clients wishes to see added in future updates of the plugin, they are not checked as often as the regular support tickets. And so, that is the reason why you did not get the response sooner.
  
  Would you mind opening the ticket as a regular ticket again please?
  
  We will look into it as soon as possible.
