Ticket #28630 Public [Closed]

Product name showing two dates on single day events.

  • Hi Ashan,
The addition of the date within the product name has been great for reporting and quick glance reviews of tickets, as well as assuring customers of accurate event dates during cart checkout/invoices; although the recently we noticed that two dates are now being added to the product name for single events:

Event: A Single Day Test Event
    Ticket: (sku_test) A Single Day Test Event – 2017/02/20-2017/02/20

The aforementioned test event is from 2017/02/20 12:00AM – 2017/02/20 11:59PM, a single day, although ultimately we need to have just a single date appear in the product name for single day events and only have the second date appear for multi-day events.

    Thanks!

People are never happy with anything…. are they?? first you guys (may be someone else) wanted event start date so we added that and then you guys wanted event end date then we added that and now you dont want event end date.

      **SIGH**

We are going to add the option to disable end date in the future update to tickets addon!
