QR Code Check-In Page to display event title and date

I need the QR Code Checkin Success page to display the event title and date associated with the QR code. This fix needs to happen on both conway.mcclurefitness.com and benton.mcclurefitness.com. The login information provided in the next step is the same for both websites.
