I see you have rsvp events

the reminders addon will send emails out to those who have RSVP’d to an event however we need to know a little bit more

are you saying :

they RSVP once and with that one RSVP – they get access to 10 sessions
or are they RSVP’ing to 10 individual sessions?

depending on your answer will deturmine if reminders would work for you plus I have to double check something with Ashan

So the reminders doesn’t work with repeating events unfortunatly so the idea I had wouldn’t work.

But what you would do using RSVP is 1 hour before- use the Built in Mailing system and send the reminder by hand to those who have rsvp’d

in that email you could send them zoom links and passwords etc

If you want to add repeats with custom dates please use Custom Repeats.

So what you would probably want is 

Repeat Customizer

so you create 1 event they have to RSVP to and you make it a repeating event (for mon + Tues)
then use the addon above to alter individual repeats

YES I GET THAT

BUT you want people to RSVP to an event- that is on 10 days right? or am I wrong?

so – can people join the event mid way through the 10 days or if they have not rsvp’d to an event by the start they cannot join.

you want a course that lasts 10 days and you want to have them RSVP once to attend those 10 days, can they RSVP mid way through or is the course from start to ending ONLY

alternatively create an event that people need to rsvp to- and on that event add a scheduale of whats going on
