When someone has to cancel their registration for an event I think their email is still included in the cron job that sends the reminder emails. Is that true? Is there some way to remove them manually if they cancel?

to manually remove them go into events>>>all event rsvps
and you can tick their box and delete them
However in
myeventon>>>>rsvp>>>>reminders
set the reminder to go to All attending guests including maybe
so if they rsvp yes and then change it to no- they don’t get the reminder

I don’t have the RSVP add-on as all our events are paid.
If they got a refund for example- it should only send reminders to those who have a completed ticket purchase (the order is market as completed)
if you refund it change the status as you are refunding to refunded or cancelled
what I mean by that is the order status of their purchase found in woocommerce>>>>orders
