Repeat event dates not in email or google calendar

We have a problem with how the repeating events are being communicated to customers. I’m hoping this is a setting we can quickly fix?

There are 2 issues:

  1. only the first date of a repeating event is shown in the email confirmation sent to a site visitor after they sign up for a repeating event. There is no link to the event or any way for them to see the additional dates in that email. This is a problem because they are signing up for a class that might happen 4 times, but they only see one date in the confirmation email.
  2. If a site visitor clicks to add a repeating event to their calendar (ie. google), only the first event date is added. There is no “recurring” event on their calendar.

      Google sync repeating events are not supported at the moment I am guessing that is what you are referring to in #2.

      #1. Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the confirmation email? and how you envision the other dates to show because that is not a supported feature at the moment.

      Yes, here is a screenshot of the email confirmation of a 3 time repeating event where it only shows the first date/time of the series. If you cannot see all events on the email, I think there should be a note at least saying this is the start date of your event series that falls on multiple dates… or something like that.

      This is the default woocommerce order email the customer should receive another email with event tickets which should have more information, like event name, date, location etc. Do you have a screenshot of that that goes to customer?
