We have a problem with how the repeating events are being communicated to customers. I’m hoping this is a setting we can quickly fix?

Google sync repeating events are not supported at the moment I am guessing that is what you are referring to in #2.
#1. Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the confirmation email? and how you envision the other dates to show because that is not a supported feature at the moment.
Yes, here is a screenshot of the email confirmation of a 3 time repeating event where it only shows the first date/time of the series. If you cannot see all events on the email, I think there should be a note at least saying this is the start date of your event series that falls on multiple dates… or something like that.
This is the default woocommerce order email the customer should receive another email with event tickets which should have more information, like event name, date, location etc. Do you have a screenshot of that that goes to customer?
