Repeating Event - Enable repeating instances for this event will not turn on?

After updating the plug-in it will not allow me to turn Repeating Event – Enable repeating instances for this event ?

  somethings not right with your edit event page as all the options are in the sidebar and not in the main section
  
  Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

  does your webserver have a cache? if so can you get your webhost to clear it. (its not a wordpress cache but some servers may be trying to load the past version)

  I checked with our wordpress host, our webhost have clear the cache and we use php 4.0
