I do not know why, but when I try to reply via HelpDesk my previous ticket #377227 it logouts me. So I had to create a new ticket now.
I could add the VIRTUAL EVENT tag in the event top as you indicated me but then I changed the colours of this tag, but it still shows the older colours. I attach print screens.

As for the reply issue, please try manually clearing your browser cache and cookies as well.
The color issue. Please go to EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.
