I asked a question on codecanyon a couple of days ago about a bug between EventOn RSVP and W3 Total Cache.
When activating the page cache from the caching plugin, the RSVP counter does not refresh. Actually, after completing the form, it will refresh, but upon opening the page again, it will show the previous value. I am required to purge all caches for the counter to update.
Now, page caching is disabled and RSVP works but I need the website to be faster, and page caching might help a lot. Is there any way to enable page cache and make RSVP counter to work?

ok. I do not think there is any other option than for you to disable the cache plugin if you want rsvp to update automatically.
Because, by it’s nature, cache plugin impedes updating of new contents on website. It is not just our rsvp plugin, you may also not see new content added automatically without purging the plugin of all caches.
And so, if you need help with this, I will recommend you to contact cache plugin developer and ask them for their support for this. Maybe they will help you make rsvp plugin an exception for caching.
Somehow I was aware of this, just wanted to be sure there is nothing it can be done.
