Hi,
I am using a set of EventON plugins, including EventON – Bookings, EventON – Event Tickets, and EventON – Ticket Variations & Options, among others. Previously, I had access to the “Sales by Ticket Variations” view under Extended Insight on Ticket Sales on the single event page in the backend.
However, since one of the recent updates, this view no longer displays any data. Instead, it shows the message: “No variation data available,” even though I have properly set up Variations & Options for my events.
I can still find this information under “View Attendees” → More Filters → Tickets, where I can see statistics on different ticket variations. However, I would like to have this functionality restored under “Sales by Ticket Variations” within Extended Insight on Ticket Sales for better accessibility.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
