Ticket #23088 Public [Closed]

Schema itemprop url

I see that the event schema uses the following (as an example) for each event:

href=”some-unique-event-page” itemprop=”url”

I’m a bit confused by this.  The pages that it points to do not exist (which is good for me, I don’t want to create unique pages for each event.)

Will that markup create a bunch of 404 errors?  Is there a way that I can make it so that a url for the event is not created?

      I updated my permalinks and the pages exist now.  But I feel like they are pages that aren’t beneficial, as they do not contain much information.  Are they necessary to have, and if not, is there a way to not create them?

      I think they are necessary for the full functioning of the plugin.

      Now, if you want to remove it, you will need to modify the plugin, however, we do not provide custommization service here on this forum.

      Is there a way to make it so the learn more automatically populates with the event page?  Currently, all of my learn more links point to the google calendar page.

      Or would I have to edit each one, one at a time?

      I am getting 404 error in the url you have provided.

      Can you show what you mean in a screenshot?
