When I move from April to May, I cannot scroll down to see all the calendar items in may.Apr 19,2017 AT 11:33AM - 3 years ago -
Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.
Please send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so we can perform several tests from our end and resolve your issue fast!
Can you please send us a direct link to where the actual issue is happening?
The first screen that shows up (April), works fine. As soon as I move to May (with the right arrow button), I lose the ability to scroll up and down. If I go back to April, I can no longer scroll up and down. I verified this with another individual. We are both using Chrome browser.
This is probably an issue with the theme.
So, change the theme to default WP theme temporarily and check once.
We are using Avada, which is a pretty popular theme. I don’t plan to switch themes. Have you looked at the site, and see the behavior I am describing?
This does not happen on our end. I would still have to change the theme to check in your site to confirm.
This does not concern how popular the theme is.
Anyway, you just need to change the theme temporarily. And it does not affect anything just changing theme. so, you do not have to worry about messing up contents.
Are you using chrome as your browser? I verified this with 2 other individuals that had the same experience. I have been playing with various options, layouts, etc… and it seems to occur only when you switch Months.
I can try to switch themes, and hopefully it doesn’t break anything.
Is there any way to change the behavior when it switches from month to month? Eliminate the sliding bar?
I switched the theme, and tried it and it worked. So it definitely is the interaction of the plugin with Avada that is the problem. I really can’t change the theme, so what next? Should I find a different calendar plugin? I really like your calendar, and have paid for it, but if it doesn’t work with Avada, I can’t use it.
We do not provide support for issues caused by other themes or plugins.
You can check with default WP themes and see it works fine.
Also, we have many clients who also use Avada theme and they have not complained of this.
You do not need to change the theme. just contact their support and ask them for their help with it.
