Hi dear EventOn-Team,
is there any solution to send anything to the attendees after ticket purchase? A ticket confirmation or the ticket itself would do it, but the attendees are getting nothing after the purchase, only the buyer is getting a confirmation email with all the tickets. The buyer has to manually send the tickets to all the attendees. My client is willing to pay for customization, but he thought this is included in eventon with 3 purchased Add-ons.

The ticket e-mail including the attendee ticket would be great or, as you already mentioned, a simple success of registration email including the link to the event card would work as well.

it’s been a while since I heard anything from you. I really don’t know what to do anymore… my client is confused because nothing is happening, and it has been almost 2 months since request. I know support and maintaining several plugins is very recourse heavy, but I don’t know what to do. Is it possible in any way to achieve this, or should I tell my client that there is nothing we can do (The company is now waiting for almost 2 months for reply).

Hello Sam, my apologies for the delay. As you mentioned the ticket confirmation email is sent as part of the order complete email which is generated within woocommerce. Unfortunately at this moment we do not have the capacity to handle custom jobs.
I can point in the direct to add this custom codes to your version of tickets addon. And we will implement this in the future updates to tickets addon.
In this code where it says to_email is where you can pass multiple emails fetched from the additional ticket holder emails as comma separated email list and that will send out the same email with all the tickets to all the attendees.
