shortcode options for maps not working
I’ve recently purchased the Maps addon. No matter how I try to use the settings/shortcode generator options I cannot get the page to show without the sort options above it, and basically as far as I can tell it ignores any of the options.
Also in the main evento settings I choose a different map theme but it will not change the map theme. Similarly it ignores my settings for a custom map marker.
I’m running eventon v2.7.1
event maps addon v1.4.3
PHPv 7.2.19
WP Version 5.2.1
an example of the shortcode I’m using from the generator is [add_eventon_evmap show_et_ft_img=”no” hide_past=”yes” hide_so=”yes” map_height=”800″ ]

In your screenshot it shows ‘june’ etc. I want that hidden. Is that not part of the sort options? Thanks in advance.

Well I disabled cloudflare access rules for now so you can try and get past.

And I got the custom map marker working. Still can’t get map style of ‘blue water’ to work. And can’t remove the ‘current month, July, 2019’ etc. from the top.

Please try adding this to the shortcode:
hide_arrows=”yes”
Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles:
.eventmap .evo_month_title {
display: none
}
If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.
Still can’t get map style of ‘blue water’ to work.
I am going to contact our developers about this issue. Get back to you ASAP.

I increased the PHP input vars, execution time etc.. and now it seems to respond better to shortcode settings. The css worked ok. Thanks for looking into the map theme issue.

I also upgraded to php 7.3.6 at the same time so I’m unsure if that helped or not.

OK that fix worked. I now have map styles working. I assume that fix is going to go into the official plug-in as an update at some point, and is not just specific to my installation?
