Ticket #272195 Public

Show Ticket Type when checking in Ticket

Is there are way to show the ticket type on the ticket when the ticket is scanned for check-in?

The person checking in needs to know what type of ticket was purchased (e.g. VIP vs General Admission)

      Hello,

Could you update Tickets to 2.0.2 and Variations to 1.0.2?

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

      login would help

have you set up variations via the woocommerce back end or via the variations plugin on the events page

it appears you have created the variable within editing the product where as you want to activate the variations on the event itself

so after you create an event with tickets activated you then see the variation options on the event see video below

      Ahhhh, got it.

      Thanks for clarification!

Just so you know, the reason I did it in the backend is because this article link reference doing it in the back end. And I had clicked on that when I went to set it up intially.

I can see that being a area where you would be mislead- I’ll let Ashan know about this and see if we can make it clearer

      thank you

Thank you for letting us know. If you have variations and options addon. You just need to add those instead of woocommerce based variations and options.

I will certainly make this more clear in the next version update to tickets addon.
