Single Event Discontinued (Cannot find feature)

Can you please tell me where you have incorporated the feature where I click on an event on the eventOn widget, it now opens it as accordion, the feature I purchased was to open it up as a popup or new window.

Please assist

  Open the event post page and scroll down to “User Interaction for event click”
  
  You will find all the options there.
