After a recent update, single events will no longer open in their own url. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

when switching to the 2017 theme the single events open up like normal but in your custom theme they don’t work
we don’t normally provide support for themes (because there are billions of them)
It was working with this theme up until the last update. The theme has not changed.
I have contacted the plugin creator and he will get back to you ASAP

When I moved over to staging, I am getting this error instead of the 500 error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function eventon_header() on a non-object in /nas/content/staging/adba/wp-content/themes/salient-child-theme/eventon/single-ajde_events.php on line 17
Changing themes fixes it because it is no longer loading the single_ajde_events.php
My theme has an additional container on the single page template that results in the page getting cut off halfway down if it doesn’t have the right class applied, so I can’t use the default template.
It looks like because the functions changed when you moved single events pages into the main plugin file, my custom template stopped working. To fix the problem, I had to go back to the new file in eventon/templates and create a new custom template from that file, since my template contained outdated functions.
This may be something that you might want to check with others who have this error – if they are using a custom template they will need to go back and re-create it using the new single-ajde_events.php file.

Yes, the template page needs to be modified with our recent updates. We have already updated our documentation for our users.
That may be the reason it wasn’t working.
