Ticket #27296 Public

Start and end date bug

Since a few weeks we have a problem when creating a new event. The start and end date are constantly being reset to the current date if we click on “save draft” and “publish”.

I’ve already deactivated the other plugins and changed the theme to WordPress’ basic theme, but still got the same problem.

Kind regards,

      Have you modified the plugin?

Please make sure you are using latest version of the plugin and addons.

also, please log into our demo site below and see if you can replicate the issue:

I haven’t modified the plugin and the plugin is up-to-date.
We have 2 addons, full cal and RSVP events, but I’ve disactivated them both so they don’t effect the plugin. But still the same problem: can’t change the start and end date of new events. The old events still have the good start and end date.

I’ve took a screenshot from where the problem occurs.

We starting to have this problem when we had to change the PHP version to 7.1

      Kind regards,

Hey there can you please send me FTP and wp-admin access to your site and I can look into this quickly. It is the PHP 7.1 that is causing the issue.

Dennis, would you be able to send FTP via email? if so can you send it to info [at] myeventon.com? because that is vital to figuring out this issue.
