In settings, I set “Restrict single event pages to logged-in users only” to true. However, all that shows when you review the page is :
You must login to see this event
[Login]
Is there anyway to style this or redirect to a page ?

Only in the source code, I am afraid. You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
You can also follow the css customization guide to edit the styling of the page using CSS.
