Subject: Request to Change Subscription License / Refund
Hello,
I just purchased the Events Calendar Pro Plugin – Event API and realized I selected the wrong license type. I subscribed to the 2–5 sites license (CHF 150/year) because I thought it meant I could activate the plugin on up to five different websites individually.
However, I discovered that the license can only be activated in one place, which does not match what I need.
I would like to request either:
A refund for the current license, or
A change of subscription to the single-site license (CHF 50/year).
My goal is to purchase three separate single-site licenses instead, so I can activate each one on a different website. The total cost will be about the same, but this licensing setup is what I actually need.
I made the purchase just now, so I hope it is still possible to correct this.
Please let me know how we can proceed.
