Hi,
I hope this message finds you well.
After I added a new event, an unforeseen, automatic email was sent to all my event subscribers, although I did not turn on the “email to subscribers” option. In fact, this was not even an option, since repeating events (which was this case) don’t make this option available.
Please let me know how to avoid this from happening again in the future. Needless to say, this unwanted message sent directly to all our clients was disruptive and very disappointing.
Please let me know.
Thanks!

Hi, this keeps happening for random events, but I don’t have the authorization to give you access to the wp-admin. Is there any other way for you to help us resolve this issue?
Hello,
Could you update EventON to 4.0.5, Subscriber to 1.3.8?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
