I added the 'SUBSCRIBERS' ADDON to my site for the sole purpose of sending an email notification to ALL MY WP USERS. So, I won't be using this ADDON to allow new users to subscribe. I have 172 WP USERS and it won't be more than 172 ever. So I am not interested in getting more subscribers but the reason I purchased this SUBSCRIBER ADDON was for the sole purpose of sending a notification email that a new even (zoom meeting created in my case) was created, so everyone (the 172 users) will be notified of the event.
Now, I though that my existing 172 WP-users (the have the 'subscribers' role) were automatically added as SUBSCRIBERS once I installed your ADDON. I don't think that was the case because in my new event says "No Subscribers for this Event". Correct me if I am wrong and, if that is the case, instruct me how to bring all my WP-users to be subscribers to eventon. Thank You!

Why not you move the subscribers to the list manually, so it can work for you?
I don’t understand. Can you please explain the process to move the subscribers to the list manuallly?
So yes with subscribers they have to Fill out the form to subscribe
So manually would be opening that form and filling in their email address 172 times (or in the top admin bar click new>>>>subscriber- although its probably faster doing in the front end
there could very well be an import plugin on the repository that will allow you to import your users into the evo_subscriber custom post type
I have been experimenting with the free version of https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/ but I get stuck half way through (I think I need the pro version to get it to work) bit expensive for a one off import (unless you can use it once and then try to get a refund) but there are many many import plugins out there
see video below https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/ but for your needs you may need the pro version for $99 which is a rip off- so best to iether hunt down another importer on the repository or sit down and do it one by one (sorry to give you bad news)
I agree. I do not want to pay $99 for a plugin I will be using only once. I though you offered the ability to use the already established WP-USERS (172 in my case) as subscribers. So, I see now the list of subscribers for EventOn has nothing to do with the wordpress USERS and need to be input separately. Then I though EventOn had the option to import a csv but I see it needs to be done (1) manually or (2) using a third party plugin.
I think I will have to enter those 172 subscribers manually as that is my only option. Thank you for clarifying.
You are welcome!
If we could do anything else for you, we would be more than happy to help.
