Hello,
is it possible to download a CSV file with email and detail of all subscribers, RSVP or all clients who purchesed tickets?

  Subscribers, unfortunately no. RSVP and Tickets clients can be downloaded from Edit Event > Tickets/RSVP > Download (CSV):

  also for tickets you can go into woocommerce>>>>>>reports
  
  choose sales by category
  
  type “tickets” into the category box to display all tickets sales there is a download CSV of that as well
