There are lot of other useful things we are hoping to add to suppota. Suppota is our own software thats very primitive.

The issue is not important because I can add an image to the second post within a ticket. Only the first post has no option to add an image.
The ticket should only be set to resolved if it is resolved, not when the fix is going to be implemented.
