I’ve gone through all of the steps to set up Google Calendar syncing but none of the events are showing up in WordPress. Where have I gone wrong?Feb 27,2017 AT 9:24AM - 5 years ago -
Please send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so we can perform several tests from our end and resolve your issue fast!
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
We are re-working the entire sync addon at the moment. But is your google calendar publicly sharable? http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/make-google-calendar-public-calendar-id/
Yes, it is. We’ve been using a different calendar plugin called Simple Calendar for a while so we already went through the process of acquiring an API key and making the calendar public.
Please check the documentation again http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/make-google-calendar-public-calendar-id/
We recently found out that is the calendar is not shared with one other person the calendar ID generated in google calenadar is not correct in correct format. and that solved the issue for others.
The calendar is shared with others and now I’m getting this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Google_Service_Exception’ with message ‘Error calling GEThttps://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/calendars/fisdk12.net_ghbb3a5v4ifstrrkoml40nr9o0%40group.calendar.google.com2/events?singleEvents=true&orderBy=startTime&timeMin=2017-03-24T15%3A30%3A56-05%3A00&key=AIzaSyB6E8Jvg4UXUnHEwdRpPquS-3zA0kcxYGg: (404) Not Found’ in /home/myfisd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/disabled-google-calendar-events/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Google/Http/REST.php:110 Stack trace: #0 /home/myfisd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/disabled-google-calendar-events/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Google/Http/REST.php(62): Google_Http_REST::decodeHttpResponse(Object(Google_Http_Request), Object(Google_Client)) #1 [internal function]: Google_Http_REST::doExecute(Object(Google_Client), Object(Google_Http_Request)) #2 /home/myfisd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/disabled-google-calendar-events/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Google/Task/Runner.php(174): call_user_func_array(Array, Array) #3 /home/myfisd/public_html/wp-content/plu in /home/myfisd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/disabled-google-calendar-events/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Google/Http/REST.php on line 110
