The ability to easily change a ticket order, either to change dates and/or venues, as well change the variations of the ticket.  We use variable pricing with attributes, or in our case, groups, as on occasion a customer wants to switch groups (or dates) and as of right now we’re trying to inquire about the best way to achieve this.

Example is if someone bought a theater ticket for one date, then called/emailed and said, please make it for another date, a simple change ticket option would allow changing of the date, adjusting inventory and re-sending new (or revised) tickets.  Additionally, with price variations, an example would be if someone bought tickets to a theater, specifically ‘general’ seating and then called back to change it to ‘floor’ seating and the price wasn’t different, having the ability to change the ticket based on the variation. We track our inventory based on the attributes available at each event.

I’m certain others have faced these inquires when using the EventON Tickets product.

If these abilities exist within the existing product, please let us know, although a feature request would be a very simple interface that achieves the aforementioned goals without moving screen-to-screen, option to option.
