The ICS import is not working with extrenal calendar url links.

I have bought the add on ICS import. I have saved my calendar to the public, and I have copied the link and imported it to ICS eventon widget within my word press site. I set it up to import automatically daily and it is not working.

      Hi there,

What is the URL of your calendar so we can give it a try?

The link is also already in the ICS import section on the backend of the word press site.

Please follow this guide https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37648?hl=en (See your calendar (view only)) copy the .ics file link and add it to ICS File URL – ONLY If you are using ICS file from external source.

OK, I am not sure what you guys are looking at but I have

      1. followed the guidelines
      2.  I have put the PUBLIC URL in the section of ICS file URL
      3. I have set it up to automatically pull events daily.

Everything looks correct on my end. Why is this not working? I paid $65 for this service and I can’t use it. Please fix this immediately.

I am sorry but could you please send us a link to the guidelines? Please use “Public address in iCal format”:

Ok, we got the right calendar format

      https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/12i03c38sdlcusj284h6hbp3fk%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

but when it imports it, all the dates are wrong. And they duplicated one event going all the way back to 1972?!? The dates imported one day off. There was a repeating event on every Tuesday and it marked it for Wednesday and then never repeated it. I had to go in and adjust it myself. The point of this ICS plug in is so my artist never have to call me to import events. They can do it on their own, but this plug in is not working out to be reliable. Please help if I am still missing something.

      Your date formats are wrong:

      DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20180612T180000

      DTEND;TZID=America/New_York:20180612T200000

      Please remove ;TZID=America/New_York.

It is still not working. This is the link we are using

      https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/ecrittmusic%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics

it keeps importing events with dates of 1972.

Also, it dosen’t seem to be importing repeated events. I have an even repeating for every tuesday for a few months and it will not import it correctly.

In addition, I now  can not go from one month to the next from the short code.  On the live events page, I try to hit the arrow for the next month, and it just stays on May, even though there are other events in other months

Repeating events aren’t supported at the moment. Also dates for other events are correct when importing:

Works for me. Could you please open Developer Console and check for errors?
