The timezone for ICS files on an event isn't showing up.

How can we correctly configure the timezone option for ICS file downloads? For example, if an event is scheduled for 4 pm Pacific, the ICS should show up as 7 pm Eastern for a user in that timezone.

      Hello,

EventON exports Event Start/End dates in UTC-0 timezone. Google Calendar must convert them during the import.

So what is the best way to ensure that the EventON .ics export is converted to the correct timezone when importing into a user’s personal calendar?

      Hi Dillon,

You will need to modify the importer to do that.

What does that even mean to modify the importer?

I state the timezone on the event as PDT, but then when my customers get the ticket and import the ICS the timezone is ignored.

The ICS file Eventon generates is missing the VTIMEZONE block.
