We we would like to see how the Ticket Addon works in a Woocommerce Shop:
Can a small Calendar be displayed on the Productpage that shows upcoming dates for the product?
Is there any way we can test the addon before buying, since we have to see if it works with the rest of our tech stack?
Hello,
Please go to
https://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/
The website has all of our products you can test.
Thanks!
If we were to buy some full features / addons, would we be able to do a revocation in case it does not work with the rest of our tech stack?
Best regards
Hi again,
Its crucial for us, that the Block Time (for example “Block-Time: 2024-09-15 8:30 pm – 8:30 pm”) from the Booking Addon would be registered as a product variant. Is that the case?
You can find Refund Policy here “8. Refund Policy“:
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/terms-and-conditions-and-refund-policy/
…would be registered as a product variant.
Could you elaborate?
Is the information on the booking time (seen in orders beneath each product as for example “Block-Time: 2024-09-15 8:30 pm – 8:30 pm”) saved as a product variant, or is it just some additional product info? We need every date that is chosen as a variant, since that is how we register the order in the rest of our tech stack.
Yes that is what we see also – but is the information saved as a product variant or is that just some additional product info?
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
That booking block time information is save as order item meta data.
This information comes from event post meta data where booking block data is saved when you create those blocks. Which is then sent to cart > checkout.
