We had a Ticket inquiry come in. The email had the persons name and question, but not her email address. I just noticed the Ticket add-on update 1.3.6 which fixed this (and I’ve just now installed). Are these inquiries stored anywhere? I need to see if I can locate the email addresses for a few inquiries prior to us updating. Otherwise, we have no way to get back with these people who asked a ticket question. Thank you!
Jan 11,2017 AT 1:00PM - 3 years ago -I have a very bad news you are not going to like. The information is not stored in the system it will just send a email out. I am really sorry, but now I see why storing this information would have been a better option.
We will implement the storing of inquires in the coming version updates.
