Because there is no follow up after almost a month I’m creating a new ticket! Very disappointed in your support. Lost one of my customers.
I’ve reinstalled the whole site, starting by installing Woocommerce, eventon, eventon tickets and eventon QR code. In my previous installation I’ve installed the latest version of tickets but that did not work. Ticket orders where not recognized as ticket and e-mail from eventon where not send. Now starting with version 2.2.4 tickets, in my order overview I now see a column with type, all are set to non-ticket order but still no e-mail from eventon with QR codes Is send. Updated to Event tickets 2.2.8 but nothing has changed.
It’s very irritating that no one has ever looked into my problem. Please react!
