I’ve had a couple of customers contact me about the same thing. When people buy multiple ticket types, it’s not giving them the detail for the variations on their confirmation, which then makes it unclear if they’ve bought the same item twice or the actual variations they ordered?

Could you update Tickets add-on to 1.8.6 and check if it helped? If it didn’t please send us a couple of links to events with added variations so we can check them.
