I have downgraded the version of EventOn
Now the tickets are not appearing- showing that tickets are not available for sale and that is incorrect.
How so i solve that?

Could you go to EventON > EventCard > Designer > make sure that Event Ticket Box is added?

Could you try updating Tickets add-on?
To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
I did some tests and not sure what the issue is at the moment, so please try updating.
This is the second time this has occurred and i think its because when the update happens- there is some incompatibility issues.
As of now I have disabled auto updates.

If i update the addons- will they work with the older version of EventOn- that you asked me to downgrade to?
Yesterday- my event tickets showed “unable to book” – which caused a considerable loss to the event.
and this is the second such instance in three months.
Please let me know how we could avoid this in future and have a smooth system
On january 19- the timezones were not working- and they are not working again as of March 29
At the time you had asked me to downgrade to version 4.5.4 – after which there were auto updates.
Now i am on version 4.5.9 and its not working- what should i do?
Do i need to purchase the Event Ticket add on again? I had an older version and it was working fine until now?
Now only the time zones are off- but i cannot publish any event until that is solved.

We are sorry for the delay. Is it working with the latest version of Tickets add-on?
Found the issue please use this code change, we will include this in the next version update to tickets, which we are working on now and trying to resolve few issues before we can release it out.
