Tickets PDF are no more generated when SEATS are used
We have two Events actually running:
- 103728 (Neijoerschconcert) with TICKETS and SEATS and date January 10, 2026
- 101306 (Lords'Inn Revival Party) with TICKETS and date November 8, 2025
For Event 101306 PDF Tickets are propperly generated, but not for 103728.
You can check the WOOCOMMERCE Ticket Order Ids:
104104 (related to Event 103728) --> no PDF generated
104098 (related to Event 101306) --> PDF correctyl generated and stored in Media Library.
IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS AGAIN A NON-REGRESSION ERROR AND NEEDS TO CHECKED A.S.A.P. - Event 103728 is open for bookings, but customers receive no PDF Ticket.
I sent you full access to our site and SFTP as well.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you my friend. We were able to figure out the issue and get it fixed up in your website. The next version update to PDFer will have the fixed code as well.
Your seats orders should now go through fine with PDF tickets.
