time is not showing properly on a event page.
Could you please assist us with this? I have pointed out that the event time on the front end is not displaying properly. I looked into it, and it’s not just the Ninja Kidz event; it’s all of the events. It’s placing numbers in front of the time. I’m not sure what these indicate (or why they are appearing there), as they have never displayed like this in the past. I tried different settings on the backend, but nothing will delete them. Your help is appreciated.
When i am going to a event page and go down to the time Section the time should show like “July 15, 2025” but it’s showing like a glimpse and instead of showing like “July 15, 2025” , it’s showing a number .Please Help to fix it.

Could you try updating EventON to 4.9.7? Because it seems to be working on our test site without the start date.

Please follow this guide:
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
