Unable to start Auto Update

  • Following the instructions for auto update from my admin panel, I do not see my license listed in My Account on Eventon Page nor anyway to add the license key from Envato. Can you help me set up auto updates?

      If you are running eventon 2.5 please apply the patch mentioned in the notices at http://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/ and give it a try. I am assuming you are trying to update eventon?

      Because eventon is sold only in envato and eventon addons are sold in myeventon.com you will have to look in respective locations for their license keys.

      I solve de Problem .

      PATCH FIX eventon 2.5 activation issue: Download this patch file & unzip javascript file to eventon/assets/js/admin/ folder and other 2 files into eventon/includes/admin folder to fix activation not working bug. Clear cache once files replaced.

      My EVENTON IS NOW ACTIVE !!

      This did not work for me. I finally deleted the plug in and uploaded the latest version. Howvere even though I saved the styles json file and uploaded with the new version , the typeface changed.

      I have no remaining issue with updating. I believe I marked this resolved. I did open another ticket about validating my license.

      Ok well i deleted that ticket beacuse that is basically the same thing as this,

      You need to apply the patch file mentioned in notices at http://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/ just like the other user mentioned. And clear cache because that fix it.
