My customisation request (ticket 198259) was not finished but released to my website without me knowing.
It has affected the timing of our live events. I have been chasing your developer on the ticket for the whole day with no response.
This should never been done without me knowing about it! A bit shocked to be honest as all my previous experiences with your support were simply amazing, and highly professional on your side.
Please help! Whatever was done by your developer is literally killing my website reputation as we just launched the website!
This either needs to be fixed or reverted to whatever it was before until it is done properly!
