use thumbnails instead of full images in program

hallo, i've seen that calendar page use the same image file of event image.

There is an option to generate and visualize smaller thumbnails in program, in order to increase speed?

  The correct dimension should be automatically generated from the original image, there is no need to set one manually.

  i have regenerate my thumb and mid size images with a plugin, but in Eventon program i see always the same size of images.

  The only option that is available is
  
  You can change their width and height by going to wp-admin > Settings > Media. You need to regenerate them after the change.
