Ticket #34393 Public [Closed]

variable product not adding to cart

  • I followed the instructions here¬†http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/set-variable-prices-tickets/ but it doesn’t seem to help. No matter what the tickets don’t get added to the cart when adding them from the popup window on that page. If you add them from the shop however they do work (https://www.txfirechiefs.org/shop/)

Please help as this is a live site. Thanks.

      Hi,

I see you have already upgraded woocommerce to 3.0

Our ticket addon is not fully compatible with woocommerce 3.0 yet.

That may be why you are experiencing the issue.

We are working to make ticket addon compatible, but for the time being, can you revert to previous woocommerce version and check again?

      Thanks

I’ll check to see, not ideal since I’ll lose a lot of updates between the update and now. Do you have a projection date on compatibility?

We had already released couple of updates of our plugin but they were not enough. This seems to be a major update from Woocommerce themselves. So, it will take some time. Unfortunately, we cannot give exact release date.

Please check our twitter page regularly:

Hi. Is the plugin compatible with these features yet?

    • By: infotainerdave Sep 13,2017 AT 5:40PM - Posted 3 years ago - #48335

Yes so update tickets to version 1.6
      http://www.myeventon.com/documentation/changelog-event-tickets/

      it is compatible with woo3.12

You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate and delete old addon. In order to update addon to latest version. This link further explains it.
