I am using Eventon Tickets with QR Codes and PDFer to generate Tickets, and have been very happy with the functionality so far.
I would like to incorporate different ticket email templates for different events. My idea so far, would be to use different event categories assigned to different templates. I would appreciate any pointers.

To override and edit the email template copy “eventon-tickets/templates/email/ticket_confirmation_email.php” to “yourtheme/eventon/templates/email/ticekts/ticket_confirmation_email.php.
You can also send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
Thank you for the response. After further consideration I have come to the conclusion that I would not necessarily different ticket templates, although it would be very nice (as offered as a standard feature from Tickera).
Would it at least be possible to have the Ticket Image change for Tickets with a variable price (ie. a different Ticket Image for VIP Tickets)?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide customizations as part of Support Subscription. You can also send us a customization job request so one of our developers can implement this for you.
Sometimes I wonder why I even bother trying to find solutions on this platform…
It seems that whenever there is an issue you guys just want to upsell customization jobs instead of provide solutions.
