Visual Composer not Working with Firefox

I’ have the same problem that Ticket #20283 :

When eventOn is activated, the dialog box (or the green button bar) sticks to the mouse without any other possibility that leaving the page unsaved.

Does it on firefox only.

Tried to download the file from the dropbox link but link is dead…
